Q: Do you have a catalog?

At this time we do not produce a catalog. The most effective way to showcase our ever growing line of products is on our web site. Our website is kept current with prices and new items, and convienant online ordering.

Q: Do you have a distributor in my area?

Our facility is located in Rio Rancho nm, just north of Albuquerque. We sell and ship direct from this location and do not have a distribution network. If you are in the Albuquerque area, we do have a product showroom in our Rio Rancho, NM facility

Q: How will my order be shipped?

If the item is within UPS guidelines, we will ship it UPS Ground. If the item is too large or heavy for UPS, it must be shipped by truck. On large orders it is often less expensive to hire an independant truck to deliver. We try to provide the least costly form of shipment avaialble.

Q: How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated by size, weight, and destination. If an order contains items that can only be shipped by truck. The entire order will be shipped by truck. On large orders it is often less expensive to hire an independant truck to deliver. We try to provide the least costly form of shipment avaialble.

Q: Will there be sales tax added to my order?

If you are using a New Mexico billing address, state law requires us to collect gross receipts (sales) tax on the order. Out of state orders or not currently subject to sales tax.
